Steps to make a complaint
Speak to the person involved directly, giving the opportunity for the complaint to be resolved at this level. If the complaint remains unresolved or you are dissatisfied with the way your complaint has been handled, please forward your complaint to John Saunders, Executive Director. (See contact details).
Ensure you include:
Your name and address
Copies of any correspondence
The names of the persons involved
Details and dates of the complaint itself
